Do you need help with emotional eating or just staying on track?
The Psychology of Eating is all about your mindset, your eating behaviours and your attitudes towards food. We believe that the Psychology of Eating plays a very important role in achieving your weight-loss success. That's why we are excited to announce that in April Sharon from Brainfood Therapy will be joining our team at Real Nutrition.
Sharon's background is Psychology, not nutrition. She is a therapist specialising in weight-loss and she can help you stop destructive and emotional eating, change unhelpful relationships with food and improve your body image and self-confidence. Sharon will work with you to understand your eating behaviours and develop techniques for dealing with discouragement, temptations and slip ups. Her programme works in conjunction with your nutritional programme and provides you with extra support so that you can get the most out of your nutritional plan.
We believe that we are the first nutritionists' to offer such a comprehensive service providing both nutritional consultancy alongside a weight loss therapist.
