Having No Goals is Easy

According to many experts if you don't have a goal you can never do your best. You can just chill out and take what comes, and if you are like me - you can come up with some pretty creative excuses not to have a particular goal. Because if we don't have a goal, we never have to worry about not achieving one. So by not having a goal we can have more fun, eat what we like and drink wine when ever we choose. (after all, isn't life worth living?) The thing about goals is that living without them is more fun in the short term, but in the long term we end up with a pile of regrets. From what I've experienced, the people who are healthy, happy and in good shape (financially, physically and spiritually) are the people who have goals. So that's why I think goals are better than resolutions. It's always better to set a goal that you know you can achieve than to make another stupid resolution that can't be kept. I know you know all about this.... I'm just reminding you. So,... what are your goals? We'd love to hear them and help with them!
